Skyrim: The Coming Storm

As of the start of the server, the Empire and Stormcloak Rebels remain in a brutal stalemate, over their attempts to conquer Skyrim. Ulfric has died, being executed at Helgen and leaving behind a fight to take his place amongst rebel supporters. Meanwhile the Empire is in political turmoil as they attempt to tame this wild tundra from rebels, and gain control of the land and its resources for their future.

The roleplay begins in 4E 201, where Skyrim has been plunged fully into chaos. With Ulfric Stormcloak dying as a martyr for their cause, the Stormcloak rebellion now scrambles to pick up the pieces and maintain their momentum. The Jarls of the great cities and holds of Skyrim are being pushed further towards supporting one side, or another. Soon neutrality is expected to be impossible, as the fighting grows more brutal, and a war of attrition begins in the frozen North.

This lore does not take into account the actions of characters that may have changed these circumstances since the start of the RP.
